Hotel Booking Information

• Photographic government ID (passport or driver licence) plus a current utility/bank bill is required as proof of identity for every adult guest when checking in.

• A deposit is taken for door keys, which is refunded on safe key return.

• Only guests who are officially registered with the hotel can stay overnight.

• Non-smoking and non vaping throughout hotel.

• Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises.

• The booking adult is responsible for any damages or missing items caused by any member of their party.

• Check-in from  4 pm Check-out 10.30 am.

• Age restrictions - You must be over 21 years old to make a booking.

• All guests under the age of 16 years must be accompanied in the room by an adult aged 21 or over.

• Pets are not allowed.

• The hotel reserves the right to take a non refundable deposit payment for holidays.

• Please note, the hotel does not accommodate hen/stag party revellers as the hotel has a quiet curfew of 11pm. The maximum number of adults in any one room is 2.

• A baby cot is available upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

• When booking a prepay / non-refundable rate the card used for payment of this reservation must be presented on arrival for additional verification and card security. Failure to present the card may result in accommodation being refused. The hotel reserves the right to take a non refundable deposit payment for holidays.

• Hotel queries should be raised before or at the time of stay and can only be discussed with the responsible booking adult.

• The booking adult will be held responsible for any damages incurred by any member of their party.
